HOUSE QUIRKS

My husband moved into our rent house this week. Here's some of his weird finds and complaints:

1) The beds are as hard as a rock - they have no box spring, but are just a mattress set on boards - kind of like the mattresses on bunk beds
2) There is no separate top sheet - All you have is a bottom sheet and a down comforter that is in a sort of duvet
3) The rent house only had a push broom, so he went to the store to buy a regular broom, but nope - only push brooms
4) He can't find a sponge mop in any store - the house only has a rag mop - and yes, I know some of you use rag mops, but I hate them
5) The couch in the living room is white leather
6) The couch in the den is black leather
7) The mailman delivers mail to the mailbox, but if you get a package, he delivers a postcard telling you to go pick up your package at the post office
8) The master bedroom is small, one of the other upstairs bedroom is bigger and has 2 double beds in it
9) The master bedroom doesn't have a dresser. When the Re-lo lady asked why it didn't have a dresser, they said there were shelves in the closet. She said, "No, get a dresser." (You go Re-lo lady!)
10) The upstairs bathroom is nicer than the Master bathroom, with a large shower and double jacuzzi tub
