Well I finally finished my "Pile -O-Stuff" that is in my living room. I'm referring to the stuff we are taking to Ireland. Probably nothing we really need, just "stuff". I did add one more thing to it, thanks to Shauna. You're right, I really did want to take my sewing machine. I didn't take my serger because I'm not going to be doing anything that really needs that much serging, and besides, whatever I do need a finished seam on, my sewing machine will do - it's a Bernina.
The mover guy came today to look at my "Pile -O'- Stuff" and all the clothes in our closets that we'll be taking. All he did was look and kept poking some kind of electronic gadget in his hand. When he finished, he said I had about 800 pounds of stuff. Then he got back in his silver sportscar and drove off. Wow. Can I have a job like that?
