The Rally took place at the Millennium Center in Cardiff. The Millennium Center is a place where you can go watch opera, or musicals. They also have community performances in the atrium of the center. (Look for the stage with the grand piano.) We saw 2 or 3 different groups performing there while we were there at the Rally. It was really great to be right in front of the Millennium Center, because then you could go inside for "real bathrooms" instead of Port-O-Potties, and they also had a couple of refreshment places to buy food. On the other side of the complex was a lot of restaurants and some shops. Our favorite places to eat there were: The Gourmet Burger, and Pizza Express, and the Welsh Cake shop. The Rally took place in the paved open area between the Millennium Center and the restaurants and shops, and went all the way down to the bay. This area was called "Roald Dahl Pass". There was a visitor's center that we went to and also a little Norwegian church where Roald Dahl was baptized, and a Lightship in the bay that you could tour.
