DEAR DELTA AIRLINES...

Top 10 suggestions for future Delta 8 hour flights:

1) Flying at that altitude makes people thirsty - offer water more often AND soft drinks more than once. In fact, how about giving bottles of water?
2) Serve dinner before 10 pm
3) Offer the extra 3-seat benches to senior citizens. I saw many younger people jumping up to grab those seats that should have been offered to the old and infirm.
4) How about offering the snacks more than once? I mean, we're with you for 8 hours.
5) How about putting a little meat and cheese on that croissant you serve for breakfast? A croissant and a banana just doesn't cut it.
6) Pass out the cards for the US passports needed for customs at the end of the flight. I saw many, many cards accidently left behind. Even I wondered what I had done with it.
7) Could you make the seats a bit wider? Please.
8) And while we're at it, more leg room?
9) I truly cannot believe that first class costs 4 times more than coach, but yet it does.
10) Reclining seats do no good if there is not enough room to recline them without irritating your neighbor behind you.
