I took this picture of the pond at Powerscourt. It reminded me of when Harry and Dumbledore were going across the lake (in HP6) to get the necklace (horcrux). After they got the necklace, the Inferi came out of the lake. It also reminded me of Lord of the Rings when Frodo, Sam and Gollum were going across the swampy area and they saw the dead people (Inferi?) in the water and Sam fell in and Gollum had to get him out. I wondered if that's where JK got her idea? It will be interesting to see what the Inferi in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince look like.
