RADIATORS

Since I talked about towel warmers in my last post, I decided to tell you about radiators. This is the time of year where I appreciate the radiators in my home here in Ireland. I just love to sit on the couch and put my hand over by the radiator to warm it. There are all kinds of radiators. Here is the kind that I have in my house:

This is what they look like in all the bedrooms and bathrooms. Depending on the size of the room, it is either smaller or larger. In the living room, dining room and den, they have wooden cabinets over them. The warm air only comes out the opening near the top, so we can put our leather couch right up next to it. This is what my radiator cabinets look like:

At our church in the foyer they have great big ones. They are like 8-10 feet tall and about 3 feet wide. They look similar to these:


When it is a really cold Sunday, you will see people congregating around these to keep warm. :0)
